Approach to Sustainability Finance
Sustainability finance is a financial approach that aims to realize a sustainable society solving environmental issues such as climate change, and social issues including human rights and poverty.
SHR aims to contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and maximize unitholder's medium to long term value through asset management that takes ESG into consideration. Believing that addressing these issues through sustainability finance will lead to further promotion of ESG-conscious asset management and strengthening of our financial base through expansion of funding source, SHR is promoting fundraising through sustainability finance by setting target (KPI).
