General Meeting of Unitholders
Pursuant to the provisions of the Investment Trusts Act and the Articles of Incorporation, certain matters regarding SHR (including modifications to the Articles of Incorporation and appointment of the executive officer and supervisory officers, etc.) will be decided at the general meeting of unitholders comprised of the unitholders of SHR. The general meeting of unitholders of SHR, in principle, will be held at least once every 2 years within Tokyo 23 wards.
