- "Total leased floor area" refers to the actual floor area leased to end tenants and under lease agreements held. Total leased floor area is limited to area for residential, retail and office use, excluding parking. Figures for total leased floor area indicate a total of leased areas for each property based on indications given in the lease agreements, not in the register.
- Figures for "Occupancy ratio" describe the rate of total leased floor area to the total leasable floor area for assets and are rounded to the nearest first decimal place.
- For property jointly owned with third parties, "Total leasable floor area" and "Total leased floor area" are calculated by multiplying our ownership by the entire property's total leasable floor area and total leased floor area.
- The figures are calculated based upon a prompt report, so, may be revised for a new report in the future.
